The in-person WSET Level 1 in Sake was amazing! Guilherme is a fantastic teacher with lots of knowledge about sake and enthusiasm for the subject. He enhanced the material by showing us sake bottles, which we could use to practice reading our kanji. There were six great tastings that reinforced the SAT including pairings. The materials were well-organized, and I felt well-prepared for the exam. This was my fourth WSET class. I had previously taken them all online (because of the pandemic). If you get a chance, I highly recommend joining in person class with Florida Wine Academy!
