While most closely associated with Champagne, the traditional method is also used in many other regions around the world. During this tasting, we will have the exciting opportunity to compare and contrast traditional method sparkling wines from renowned producers across Europe. After discovering the nuances of champagne, English sparkling wine, Franciacorta, and Corpinnat, we will taste two styles of Prosecco to explore a different process (known as the ‘tank’ or ‘Charmat’ method) of sparkling wine production. Join us to celebrate the beautiful winter weather with this delicious line-up of bubbles.

Rebecca Hodges, WSET Level 3 Certified will present the tasting.
Price: $95. This is a sit-down tasting. Price includes wines, water, educator, and service. The wines will be paired with cheese, charcuterie, and small bites.
