Sake is Japan’s iconic fermented beverage, and an integral part of the country’s lifestyle and culture. In recent years, Sake has enjoyed an ever increasing fanbase, catching the attention of beverage lovers all over the world.
On Thursday, May 16th, we will host a sit-down tasting at 305 Wines in Palmetto Bay. This is an opportunity for Sake lovers to discover different grades of premium sake with Heavensake.
Heavensake is a composition by acclaimed French Cellar Master, Regis Camus, in collaboration with Japan’s most respected sake breweries. “Our desire was to create the smoothest sakes in Japan. Floral, light and fruity, evoking a refreshing joie de vivre.” Regis Camus.
The tasting will be led by Guilherme “William” de Macedo, Master Sake Sommelier, WSET Sake Educator, Florida Wine Academy’s resident Sake expert. Seating is limited so register now to reserve your spot.
