Sake is Japan’s iconic fermented beverage, and an integral part of the country’s lifestyle and culture.  In recent years, Sake has enjoyed an ever increasing fanbase, catching the attention of beverage lovers all over the world.

On Wednesday, April 3rd, we will host a sit-down tasting at 305 Wines in Palmetto Bay.  This is an opportunity for Sake lovers to experience the wide range of styles this fascinating beverage is produced in.  In addition to covering the principal styles of Sake, participants will also learn how the beverage is made and get some Sake and food pairing tips by tasting some light bites.

The tasting will be led by Guilherme “William” de Macedo, Master Sake Sommelier, WSET Sake Educator, Florida Wine Academy’s resident Sake expert.  Seating is limited so register now to reserve your spot.

We will taste 6 premium Japanese sakes. List TBD.
