MCW Day 4: Blanc de Blancs Party at 305 Wines

It is only fitting for such an exceptional lineup of events to culminate with the visionary creator of Miami Champagne Week, Alessandra Esteves.  On Friday, October 14th, don your best white and silver (we ask that you dress the part, it only enhances the experience!) and raise a glass of Blanc de Blancs champagne.  Alessandra, DipWSET and MW candidate, has patiently put together a collection of very special wines for you.  The premier wine of the evening will be a Krug Clos du Mesnil, though our veteran MCW friends know they can expect an incredible lineup from start to finish.

The wines will be paired with incredible dishes by Chef Chris Bulgarin (Delicious Caterer) and expertly poured by Guilherme de Macedo, the second mastermind behind Miami Champagne Week’s success.  Be ready and waiting to reserve your spot as this is an intimate affair that sells out in hours, not days.
