This tasting takes you off the beaten vine — from the Alps to Sicily, through the grapes that define local traditions and regional character without ever getting the spotlight they deserve.

Alessandra Esteves, DipWSET, Master of Wine candidate and Director of Wine Education at Florida Wine Academy, leads this comparative tasting through Italy's most compelling hidden varieties.
