Explore the diversity of Japanese sake through a focused look at four key prefectures: Niigata, Yamagata, Tokyo, and Yamaguchi. Led by Master Sake Sommelier Guilherme de Macedo, this 2-hour class will highlight how regional differences in climate, water, and tradition shape distinct sake styles.

The guided tasting will include:

  • Tatenokawa Stream Red Junmai Daiginjo (Yamagata)
  • Kimono Emperors Well Yamahai Junmai Ginjo (Niigata)
  • Sawanoi Ginjirushi Junmai (Tokyo)
  • Dassai 39 Junmai Daiginjo (Yamaguchi)

Designed for both beginners and enthusiasts, this class offers a deeper understanding of sake through the lens of place. Limited spots available.

Small bites will be offered during this tasting. 

Cost: $75. Sit-down tasting. Water, sakes, education, small bites, service included.
