Join us for Meet the Producer: Niigata Sake Selections, a special evening dedicated to discovering Japan’s Niigata Prefecture.

On Thursday, December 4th, from 6–8 PM, we’ll host a walk-around tasting featuring a diverse range of premium sakes presented by Carrie Becker, National Sales Manager of Niigata Sake Selections, J.S.A Diploma, Advanced Sake Professional, SSI Sake & Shochu Advisor, WSET L3 in Sake. Learn about the unique brewing styles and regional characteristics that make Niigata one of Japan’s most respected sake-producing areas.

The tasting will be moderated by Guilherme “William” de Macedo, Master Sake Sommelier and Co-Founder of 305 Wines.

Cost: $30. Casual, walk-around tasting. Water, sakes, service included.
