Miami Champagne Week 2025 opens with an extraordinary tasting: Champagne Cristal Through the Years. This exclusive seated event will be led by Jean-Remi Barbier, Business Development Manager for Roederer Collection Imports. Born and raised in Champagne, Jean-Remi combines deep-rooted heritage with modern expertise. He holds a Champagne Master-Level certification from the Wine Scholar Guild and a Bachelor in Business Administration from HEC Montréal.

Guests will explore the evolution of one of Champagne’s most iconic cuvées through a vertical tasting of six vintages of Cristal, including rare large formats. This is an unique opportunity for collectors and serious champagne lovers to experience Cristal’s aging potential and finesse in an intimate setting.
