Smash Burgers & Grower Champagne

Join us on October 19, 2026, for Day 1 of Miami Champagne Week and a casual evening of Smash Burgers & Grower Champagne at 305 Wines.

We are pairing smash burgers and fries from Street Twist, a local Miami food truck, with grower Champagnes from Moussé & Fils, Vilmart & Cie and more, plus a DJ setting the vibes for the evening.

Grower Champagne is made by producers who grow their own grapes and make Champagne from their own vineyards, offering a more personal expression of place and producer style.

This will be a casual, stand-up event. Tickets are sold for two people and include one bottle of grower Champagne to share, plus one smash burger and fries per person.

And because it is Miami Champagne Week, we will also open some surprise growers to share with our guests!

Cost: $300 for 2 people. Your ticket includes 1 bottle of Champagne, burger and fries, water, disposables, DJ, service and taxes.
