As with our other WSET courses, no previous knowledge is required. A WSET Level 3 certified educator, Guilherme is also a Master Sake Sommelier, bringing a wealth of expertise and passion to the course. With his guidance, you’ll explore the basic principles of sake production, the main types and styles of sake, as well as the key factors affecting flavors and aromas.
