When an employee is hired in a restaurant they are automatically going to be trained extensively on the food menu.  In order for a hotel, restaurant or bar’s guests to get the most out of their dining and beverage experience it is essential to train your staff on the wines and wine list as well. When your staff is confident with their knowledge on these products they will be able to increase their sales and give the guest a satisfying experience.  This staff training program is for hotels, restaurants and bars who are aiming to increase their sales through the knowledge of their staff.  Each session is tailored to the business’s own menus and will occur on site.
