Galentine’s Night: Wine & Food Interaction

Join us for a fun, women-only Galentine’s evening focused on how food changes the way wine tastes. This seated class is built around a curated grazing table and includes five wines, designed to explore the impact of salt, fat, sweetness, acidity, and texture through guided tasting and pairing.

Alessandra Esteves will lead the class, walking guests through each interaction and explaining why certain combinations work, and why others don’t. The focus is on understanding wine through experience, not rules.

Relaxed, social, and educational, this is a fun and hands-on way to taste, learn, and spend the evening together.

Cost: $90. Water, wines, and grazing table included. All taxes and service included.
