Join us at Florida Wine Academy for an evening focused on sake and food interaction.

In this guided tasting, Guilherme "William" de Macedo, Master Sake Sommelier, will lead you through four premium Japanese sakes, each paired with curated grazing elements including nuts, aged cheeses, umami-driven bites, and both Japanese and non-Japanese flavors. We will examine how texture, salt, fat, and umami change the perception of sake — and how sake interacts with food at the table.

This class is educational, and accessible to both beginners and experienced wine lovers who want to better understand sake beyond sushi.

Limited spots available.

Cost: $75. Water, sakes, and grazing table included. All taxes and service included.

Date: Thursday, March 19th, 2026, from 7 pm to 8.30 pm.

Address: 305 Wines 8233 S Dixie Highway Miami FL, 33143
