Saint-Émilion is one of Bordeaux’s most complex and historic appellations. Its limestone plateau, clay slopes, and gravel parcels create distinct expressions within a compact area. Cabernet Franc plays a defining role in many of its most respected estates, shaping wines built for structure, precision, and longevity.
Alessandra Esteves, DipWSET, official Bordeaux Educator, and Master of Wine candidate, will lead this comparative study examining vintage variation, terroir differences, and producer style across nearly four decades of Saint-Émilion, in a lineup of almost $3,000.
