Join us on April 23rd, 2025 for a different wine class. In this masterclass, we'll dive deep into the world of wine faults, exploring how seemingly minor imperfections can affect the complexity and appeal of a bottle.
We will taste wines purposely tainted with cork taint, brettanomyces, mercaptan, and ethyl acetate, then compare them to a control wine.
We'll also address the intriguing impact of light strike on rosé wines in clear bottles and taste 2 bottles.
To complete the experience, we'll taste two bottles of 1975 Riesling, offering an exceptional opportunity to discuss oxidation and the aging process of wines.
Led by Alessandra Esteves, DipWSET, MW candidate, this class will expand your understanding of wine.
