Stay at the 5-star Intercontinental Bordeaux Le Grand Hôtel, ideally located in the city center. With only 16 participants, this intimate and educational trip ensures privileged access to iconic estates, Michelin-starred dining, and expert guidance from Alessandra, an official Bordeaux tutor who has traveled to Bordeaux every year since 2015 and has been a certified Bordeaux educator since 2019.

• Deposit: USD $1,000 per person ($500 non-refundable)

Cancellation Policy

• A deposit of USD $1,000 per person is required to confirm your reservation. $500 of this deposit is non-refundable at any point.
• More than 120 days before departure: All payments (except the full $1,000 deposit) are refundable.
• 60–120 days before departure: The full deposit + 50% of the remaining balance is non-refundable.
• Less than 60 days before departure: 100% of the tour price is non-refundable.

No refunds for unused portions of the trip once it has begun.
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance, ideally with “Cancel For Any Reason” (CFAR) coverage.

Alcohol Disclosure

This program includes visits to wineries and restaurants where wine and other alcoholic beverages will be served. Participation in tastings is optional. Guests must be 18+ and are expected to consume responsibly. Florida Wine Academy and its partners are not responsible for accidents or incidents resulting from alcohol consumption.

Liability & Photo Release

Florida Wine Academy is not liable for theft, personal loss, injury, or missed flights/connections/transfers. Guests grant permission for photography and use of images for promotional purposes unless they opt out in writing.
