Join Alessandra Esteves, DipWSET, FWS, SWS, CSW, MW Candidate, Champagne educator, on a curated journey through Champagne’s historic villages, iconic Maisons, and exceptional terroirs. Your stay is at the 5-star Hôtel La Caserne Chanzy & Spa, located directly opposite the Reims Cathedral.
With only 14 participants, this intimate program ensures privileged access, outstanding dining, and an educational experience rooted in Champagne’s traditions.
Itinerary
Day 1 – Sunday, June 21 | Welcome to Reims
- Check-in at Hôtel La Caserne Chanzy & Spa (Chanzy Room –breakfast included)
- 19:30 – Welcome Reception (private room): Champagne, canapés, cheese, and charcuterie platters.
Day 2 – Monday, June 22 | Reims & Champagne Culture
- Reims Private Walking Tour (3 hours)
- Lunch on your own
- Dinner at L’Assiette Champenoise – 3 Michelin Stars (6-course menu, wine not included).
Transfer to/from the restaurant included.
Day 3 – Tuesday, June 23 | The Aube – Pinot Noir & Heritage
Visits include:
- Champagne Drappier
- Champagne Alexandre Bonnet
- Additional Aube producer (TBC)
- Lunch included - TBC
Dinner on your own.
Day 4 – Wednesday, June 24 | Reims & Iconic Maisons
Visits include:
- Champagne Barons de Rothschild
- Champagne Louis Roederer
- Champagne Jacquart
- Lunch included TBC (possibly at Barons de Rothschild)
- Dinner at Le Millénaire – 1 Michelin Star (5-course menu with wine pairing, included).
Day 5 – Thursday, June 25 | Épernay & Côte des Blancs
Visits include:
- Champagne Perrier-Jouët
- Champagne Philippe Gonet (Le Mesnil-sur-Oger)
- Additional producer (Charles Heidsieck, Billecart-Salmon, or Laurent-Perrier)
- Lunch included TBC.
- Farewell Dinner at Le Parc – 2 Michelin Stars (5-course menu with wine pairing, included). Transfer to/from restaurant included.
Day 6 – Friday, June 26 | Champagne Pommery & Departure
- Visit & Tasting at Champagne Pommery (historic crayères and art exhibition)
- Checkout from Hôtel La Caserne Chanzy (program ends after morning visit)

- Price per person (double occupancy): USD $7,500
- Single Supplement: €882 (USD $1,023)
- Deposit: USD $1,000 per person ($500 non-refundable)
- Full payment due by April 1st, 2026 (payment plans available)
Room Upgrades – Premium Cathedral View Rooms:
- Double occupancy: €425 (USD $493) per person
- Single occupancy: €850 (USD $985)
Pre- and post-trip extensions available through travel advisor.
Cancellation Policy
A deposit of USD $1,000 per person is required to confirm your reservation. $500 of this deposit is non-refundable.
- More than 120 days before departure: All payments except the deposit are refundable.
- 60–120 days before departure: Deposit + 50% of remaining balance is non-refundable.
- Less than 60 days before departure: 100% of the tour price is non-refundable.
No refunds once trip has begun. Comprehensive insurance with CFAR recommended.
Alcohol & Responsible Consumption Disclosure
This program includes visits to wineries and restaurants where wine and other alcoholic beverages will be served. Participation is optional. Guests must be of legal drinking age (18+ in France). Florida Wine Academy is not responsible for incidents related to consumption.

- Pace yourself; water and spittoons available.

- Dress smart casual for visits and business casual for Michelin dinners.
- Carry identification and insurance card.
Don’t:
- Drive after tastings.
- Wear excessive perfume.
- Behave disruptively.
- Request extra pours unless offered.
- Bring outside food/drink to wineries or restaurants.

Organizers not liable for loss, injury, or missed flights/connections.
Photo/Video Release
Guests grant permission for images to be used for promotional purposes unless they opt out in writing.
