Champagne & Truffles with Leclerc Briant

Join us on October 22, 2026, for Day 4 of Miami Champagne Week for a special evening bringing together Champagne Leclerc Briant and TartufLanghe, dedicated to two of the most distinctive products of France and Italy: Champagne and truffles.

Led by Cassidy Stiebing, brand ambassador, the evening will explore the philosophy and winemaking of Leclerc Briant, a pioneering Champagne house known for its biodynamic approach and innovative techniques. Each Champagne will be paired with a different truffle bite created by TartufLanghe and a private chef, including fresh white truffles from Alba.

The proposed lineup includes:

• Champagne Leclerc Briant Réserve Brut
• Champagne Leclerc Briant Réserve Rosé
• Champagne Leclerc Briant Blanc de Blancs Millésime Extra Brut
• Champagne Leclerc Briant Abyss
• One additional Champagne to be announced

One of the highlights of the evening will be Abyss, Leclerc Briant's remarkable cuvée matured underwater off the coast of Brittany, offering an opportunity to discover one of the house's most unusual experiments in Champagne aging.

Throughout the evening, guests will learn about both Champagne and truffles, exploring how the different styles of Champagne interact with the aromas, textures and flavors of each pairing.

Date: Thursday, October 22nd, 2026, from 7 PM to 9pm

Cost: $350 per person. Only 14 seats available. Includes five Leclerc Briant Champagnes, five truffle pairings, 2g of fresh white truffle per guest, water, service and taxes all included.
