Join us in January for a focused sake class led by Guilherme “William” de Macedo, Master Sake Sommelier. This class looks at how style, production choices, and service impact what’s in the glass.

We will compare and contrast different sake styles, including clear vs. nigori, modern aromatic expressions vs. traditional methods, and the influence of aging. The class will also cover service temperatures and glassware, with practical guidance on when and why to serve sake chilled, cool, or warm, and how vessel choice changes perception.
Sakes tasted:
Dassai 45 Junmai Daiginjo
Dassai 45 Nigori Junmai Daiginjo
