Champagne Pommery Dinner at Ariete

Florida Wine Academy begins its 10-year anniversary with a Champagne dinner dedicated to Pommery, one of the houses that defined the modern Brut style.

Hosted at Ariete, Michelin-starred in Coconut Grove, this evening brings together a focused selection of cuvées, including Apanage and multiple vintages of Cuvée Louise, with magnum formats. The tasting is designed to highlight house style, aging, and vintage variation in a clear and structured way.

Special guests include Pauline Vranken, CEO of Vranken-Pommery, Baptiste Chazeud, Winemaker, and Sarah Tritant, Regional Sales Manager, who will guide the wines and share insight into the house and vintages.
