Single ticket:

Join us on October 20, 2026, for Day 2 of Miami Champagne Week and a special Masterclass with Champagne Fleur de Miraval, exploring one of the most exciting collaborations in the region.

Fleur de Miraval brings together three families and distinct perspectives: Brad Pitt and the Pitt family, the Perrin family of Château de Beaucastel, and the Péters family of Champagne Pierre Péters in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. Together, they created a Champagne house focused on a distinctive interpretation of rosé Champagne.

Led by Alexis Blondel, Assistant Winemaker at Fleur de Miraval, this guided seminar will explore the philosophy and winemaking behind the project, including its use of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Remise en Cercle, and the perpetual reserve that plays an important role in the house style.

The lineup includes:

  • Fleur de Miraval Réserve Perpétuelle
  • Fleur de Miraval Champagne Brut Petite Fleur NV
  • Fleur de Miraval ER3
  • Fleur de Miraval ER4
  • Fleur de Miraval ER5

The tasting begins with something rarely experienced outside the winery: Fleur de Miraval's Réserve Perpétuelle tasted as a still reserve wine, without bubbles, offering guests the opportunity to taste one of the building blocks behind the Champagnes before moving into the finished cuvées.

The masterclass concludes with three consecutive editions of Fleur de Miraval ER, providing a rare side-by-side look at how the house's signature rosé Champagne evolves from one edition to the next.

Cost: $250 includes masterclass, five-wine experience, small bites, service, taxes and a bottle of Fleur de Miraval Petite Fleur (value $90) to take home.  Mr. Blondel will sign bottles during the event.

Date: Tuesday, October 20th, 2026 from 7 pm to 9pm.

Address: Miami Culinary Institute - 415 NE 2nd Avenue, Miami, FL, 33132.
